We publish source-backed draw records and search the data on your device. A list being downloaded or parsed is not the same as complete verification. Each event has a publication state; the archive’s coverage separately records missing events and unresolved periods.
The source card shows the draw identity, captured file reference, receipt timestamp and publication version. Different interfaces can share the same upstream record; agreement between them is not independent proof. A published correction supersedes an older answer.
A complete no-match answer needs complete verified coverage for the stated scope. Missing sources, unverified events, version mismatches and service failures produce an incomplete or unavailable answer. A match identifies a record, not ownership or a payable claim.
